Full Description:
Case. Hugh Kelly and James Flemming. Details of a case involving Hugh Kelly and James Flemming recruiter 'associating' officers for the royalist cause in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. They were captured by the rebels; Kelly at New York and was later condemned to be hanged. Both he and Fleming now expect their families in New York and have no means of providing for them.
