Four Warrants. To pay William Porter: first, as Deputy Commissary of Musters, 25 December 1781 to 24th June 1782, £45 10s; second, on account of Colonel Burgoyne for pay allowed as assistant for mustering foreign troops, £90 10s; the third and fourth warrants are duplicates of the first two.
