Full Description:
Leslie to Major-General Greene. Charleston. In consequence of the answers he has received from Carleton, he will embrace the first opportunity of sending to the northward all such prisoners of war as shall remain here unexchanged, and to give this early notice of his intentions to put it in Greene's favour to effect the exchange of so many of his prisoners as equal the number of the British in his possession.
