Full Description:
Governor William Franklin to Lieutenant-General James Robertson. New York. Document in four parts. Number 1, Discussion with regard to the settlement of the rent of the house in which he resides. Number 2, The house rent should be paid but settlement has been delayed by circumstances that had caused some confusion. Number 3, The house that Franklin resides in is the property of some children who ought to be paid rent. Number 4, Rent calculated at a rate of letting prior to the rebellion, totalling £335 8s 4d, for a period of '6 months and 3.5 years'.
