Full Description:
Major-General Nathanael Greene to Lieutenant-General Alexander Leslie. Headquarters. Has received his previous letter and in consequence has given orders for all of Leslie's prisoners in North Carolina to be sent to the camp as soon as possible. Will readily agree to the exchange of regular troops, and goes on to mention the imbalance of troops and releases, the final settlement of accounts, and those not in their power to release.
