Full Description:
William Bull to Carleton. Charleston. Introduces Charles Ogilvie and Gideon Dupont, who have much property which has been confiscated by the enemy. They are appointed by the Loyalists here who will be obliged to leave the province on the troops quitting Charlestown, to present a memorial on that subject. They are also well qualified to give a true representation of the state of the country and its inhabitants.
