Full Description:
Leslie to Greene. Headquarters, Charleston. Two documents. Document 1, Willing to avoid the removal of the militia by any means not totally inconsistant with instructions from Carleton on that subject. Discussion which includes him consenting to, after the exchange of the Continental troops in his possession, against an equal number of British prisoners with Greene. Document 2, Discussing the measures necessary to collect provisions for the garrison.
