Full Description:
Richard Lorentz, Paymaster-General of the Hessian Troops to Carleton. New York. Being in want of money to pay subsistence to the Hessian Troops within this province, he is obliged to apply for a Warrant for the sum of £10,000 sterling, without deduction, to be charged in this years' subsistence due to the said troops.
