[Carlteton] to the Earl of Shelburne. New York. 3 Documents. 1, Encloses copies of a letter addressed to him from Governor Franklin, and papers which accompanied it. 2, Encloses copies of letters written and received from General Washington. The minutes of the Courts-Martial of Lippincott for the murder of Huddy will be transmitted by the Deputy-Judge-Advocate. Also encloses copies of such letters as have been passed between him and Governors Livingston and Hancock, with answers. 3, Schedule of enclosures in Carleton's letter to Shelburne.
