Full Description:
[Carleton] to Haldimand. New York. Recommending Abraham Cuyler, late mayor of Albany, having been obliged to leave his property and take refuge within the British lines has been made an annual allowance of £200 for his support. Cuyler is going to Quebec and Carleton expresses his hope that there will be no problem in Cuyler receiving the further payments.
