Ann Holden, Rachel Ogden and Sarah Wheeler to Carleton. New York. Petition. Are widows of officers in the Prince of Wales American Volunteers and have no means of support for themselves and their children having been struck off from drawing rations. Certificate by Lieutenant-Colonel D'Veber that also refers to the widow and four children of Sergeant Jenkins and the five children of the late Sergeant Emmans.
