Full Description:
George Rose to Carleton. Whitehall Treasury Chambers. The king has, on the recommendation of the Treasury, ordered that a pension of £250 a year (net) be paid out of the Civil List to Maurice Morgan; the Treasury has ordered a further net sum of £250 a year to be paid out of the extraordinaries of the army for as long as he continues in his current employment, both payments to start from 3 April last. He is also to be paid £250 to reimburse the expenses of his equipment.
