For the reasons given think themselves entitled to an equal dividend with Major Menzies of the batt and forage money for the elapsed time of 200 days; also believe that the book debts due to them from the men of their late companies are to be accounted for and paid them by Major Menzies. If His Excellency thinks they may be reinstated in the situation they were in before the reform of the American Legion they again engage to complete their quotas.
