Full Description:
Roger Johnson to Brook Watson. Halifax. Has at Brigadier-General Campbell's request, and at General Patterson's desire, consented to Mr Colin Campbell going to Penobscot to take charge of the stores there and that Mr Spencer should return here. As the season is far advanced, has consented to Mr Spencer's remaining there until an answer is received to this letter. A Mr Rogers, assistant to Mr Spencer is ordered to return here immediately.
