Full Description:
Captain Thomas Spry to Rear-Admiral Joshua Rowley. 'Ulysses', off Turks Island. Received letters from Captain Douglas which were found on one of the prisoners taken in the schooner about a week ago, which contain some information relative to the intentions of the Spaniards to return to the Cape the latter end of October to join the French in an attack on Jamaica. Sends other letters with corroberating evidence and movements of ships.
