Sarah Wheeler to Carleton. Petition. She is the widow of Lieutenant Wheeler of the Prince of Wales's American Volunteers. Discusses the loss of their property in Fairchild County, Connecticut, that she has no pension, and that fuel and rations have both stopped. Asks relief for herself and three small children. With certificate signed by John Sayre. Referred to Mr Shoemaker the same date.
