Full Description:
Admiral Hugh Pigot to [Carleton]. 'Formidable'. Sending a copy of an order he has received, and a private letter from Lord Keppel with regard to matters which passed between Lord Shelburne and himself. Discusses the intended troops to rendevous in Barbados. Will be happy to receive Carleton's commands as to the troops to be embarked in the fleet, as well as to that of convoying those that may go in transports.
