Full Description:
Carleton to Poyntz. New York. Warrant to pay Lieutenant George Dunlop, Adjutant, and Mr Thomas Tilt, Quatermaster to the British Light Infantry prisoners of war at Lancaster, the sum of £107 9s 4d sterling. Being 248 days pay due to the adjutant at 4s per diem and the quartermaster at 4s 8d per diem, from 20 October 1781 to 24 June 1782 inclusive.
