Full Description:
Governor John Parr to Carleton. Halifax, Nova Scotia. His Excellency's letter of 22 September to Sir A S Hamond being communicated to him, promises every help to the refugees from the revolted colonies. Can only provide lands, and represents inconveniences from want of houses, shelter or fuel.
