Full Description:
Haldimand to Carleton. Quebec. Three documents: (1) Discusses the overtures for peace but little being done by the enemy, and the activities of [S Duskey] and Captain Caldwell; (2) Mentions the warrants paid to Colonel Lentz and Colonel De Mengen, the Regiment of Losberg, and the arrangements for winter quarters; and (3) The collection of prisoners for exchange, and the transmitting of a return.
