Full Description:
Governor John Mathews to Alexander Leslie. Uxbridge. Informs that he has appointed William Elliot's plantation on Ackabee to receive the 'negroes' that are to be delivered by virtue of the agreement entered into on 'the 10th instant', by the Commissioners on both sides. Discusses further how those 'negroes' are to be disbursed.
