Full Description:
James Morden to Carleton. Halifax. Memorial. Is in want of money to carry on the business of his department. Asks that Major-General Paterson might be authorised to attest such bills for expenditures in the Ordnance Department for Land Service, as may be necessary for the memorialist to draw for carrying on the service and for the pay of the clerks, artificers and labourers in the said department.
