Full Description:
[Lieutenant-Colonel Joshua] Upham to Lieutenant-Colonel De Lancey. New York. Sends William Harding's receipt for £44, the value of a horse restored to a Mr Livingston. The money was advanced to Harding when going to Nova Scotia. Requests he will be so good as to put him in the way to have the same replaced.
