Full Description:
Carleton to Poyntz. New York. Number 162. Warrant to pay Samuel Shoemaker, Daniel Coxe and John Potts Esquires, late magistrates of Philadelphia, the sum of £150 sterling. Being an allowance for their support from the 1 July to 30 September 1782 inclusive. Three months at £200 per annum to each of them, they having been obliged to leave their estates and properties on account of the attachment to His Majesty's government.
