Full Description:
Brigadier-General Martin to De Lancey. New York. Acknowledges letters of yesterday. Will punctually observe the contents. States that the original proportion of the brig 'Sarah' shipped by order of Clinton was six 32 pounders and twelve 12 pounders, iron ordnance, four of the last have been landed to complete the redoubt on the North River as requested by the engineer. Encloses a return of particulars.
