Full Description:
Andrew Elliot, Superintendent of the port of New York. Account of pay due to the Superintendent and the [named] officers of his department starting 25 July and ending 24 October with the Superintendent's disbursements during that time; also pay due inspectors of boats and small craft at Brooklyn Ferry and the North River between 27 May and 24 October 1782. Examined by Dun[ca]n Drummond, commissary of accounts, 13 November 1782 and approved the same day by James Robertson, president of the Board of Public Accounts.
