Full Description:
Not dated, assumed 1782. Mary Frazor to Sir Guy Carleton. Memorial. That she is the widow of William Frazor, second lieutenant of Guides and Pioneers, unable to support her two young children, notwithstanding quarters, fuel and rations received since William's death. Has two sons at Halifax in the 2nd Battalion of the 84th, and asks for some compensation in lieu of the quarters and also a passage to that place. Followed by a certificate from Alexander Innes, Inspector- General of Provincial Forces, 7 August 1782. Referred by aide-de-camp Wilmowsky to General Robertson 5 October.
