Full Description:
Major William Anstruther, Royal Garrison Battalion to [perhaps Morgann, secretary, or Mackenzie, aide-de-camp]. Bermuda. Requesting to be refunded his losses sustained in sending articles for the use of the 26th Regiment from New York to Philadelphia, all of which were taken in the Delaware by the enemy. The certificate was for £180 and signed by Sir Henry Clinton.
