Full Description:
George Cherry to the Commander-in-Chief [Sir Guy Carleton]. Army Victualling Office, Cowes.That the three ships 'Corsica', 'Friends' and 'Restoration' were ordered to Charleston but the first was leaky and left behind. Encloses abstract and duplicate bills of lading and invoices of the two others. The cargo of the 'Friends' was supplied on the contracts for New York, prays leave to observe the terms of the New York contracts are the same as that for the Carolinas.
