Full Description:
Jane Waddington to Carleton. New York. Memorial. Is the widow of John Waddington, late Quartermaster of the 1st Battalion New Jersey Volunteers, who purchased the office for 140 guineas. She is a native of Pennsylvania and is now in distressed circumstances with three young children. Asks that the successor might be allowed to purchase and the money be paid to her, or else that she might be put on the list of refugees.
