A list of pilots that are in constant pay. New York. Giving names of men and where positioned. Locations named include, New York and Sandy Hook, Delaware Bay, Chesapeake Bay, Halifax and Boston Bay, the Sound and Rhode Island, North River, Cape Fear and 'Charlestown', Charleston and Georgia. Signed by Henry Law, Captain of the Port.
