Full Description:
Thomas Oldfield and Thomas St John to Carleton. New York. Memorial. They were appointed Assistant Deputy Quartermaster-Generals by the Earl of Cornwallis and received pay to 30 September 1781. They were employed up to the surrender at Yorktown and since then have been prisoners. Seek a warrant for such pay as may be deemed fitting.
