Full Description:
Refugee Fund on Long Island to Philip J. Livingston', Superintendent of Derlelict Property. Account documents with regard to cash paid by order of His Excellency Lieutenant-General Robertson to refugees, and cash received from Mr Charles McEvens Esquire on a warrant to pay the refugees of Harlem. Account audited as per memorandum received and errors accepted and signed for by Livingston.
