Full Description:
Major William John Darby to Carleton. That the Royal Fusiliers have received at different times, small supplies of cash and necessaries for which they have given orders on the regiment, and as their subsistence has not been issued, prevents their demands being answered. Therefore the memorialist actuated by a desire to relieve their necessaries, prays a warrant on their account for £600 sterling to relieve the neccessities of prisoners payable to the regimental paymaster, Lieutenant Thomas L'Estrange.
