Full Description:
Intelligence from a trusty inhabitant of Martha's Vineyard, who was at Boston on Wednesday 27 November. Unsigned document. Discussion beginning that the French troops were under orders to be in Boston on 4 December, that the greatest part of their heavy baggage was embarked on board the ships of war and that the horses belonging to the troops were selling at so low a price as 20 or 30 dollars a horse. Further mentions the movement of ships and concludes that it is generally thought that the French will sail about Christmas.
