Full Description:
Colonel De Voit to Major Frederick Mackenzie. Acknowledges his letter of the same date. Has directed Major de Beust [who has the inspection of Anspach prisoners] to draw subsistence money and Quartermaster Daig is charged with the necessaries 'going in the flag' [i.e. under a flag of safe conduct].
