Full Description:
Brook Watson to Roger Johnson. New York. The agents of Mr William Abbot having by order of the Commander-in-Chief, delivered into His Majesty's stores at this place 140,056 lbs of flour, the same quantity is to be delivered to him or his order out of the stores at Halifax to be sold by him under the direction of Governor Parr for the benefit of the inhabitants. On reverse of the document is an invoice for 545 barrels of flour purchased. Signed by Captain Anderson.
