Full Description:
Lieutenant-Colonel Turnbull, Commander of New York Volunteers. Account of subsistence for officers, non-commissioned officers and private men of absent Provincial Regiments under the command of Turnbull, New York Volunteers, from 25 October to 24 December 1782. Listing includes, New York Volunteers, 2nd Skinners, North Carolina Independent Regiment, Fencible Americans, 1st De Lanceys, Prince of Wales's, King's Orange Rangers, North Carolina Royal Regiment, South Carolina Royal Regiment, Florida Rangers, Garrison Battalion, and the King's American Regiment. Gives regiment, number, names, number of day, pay, amount of subsistence and officers subsistence. Totalling £1,515 10s for subsistence and £1,177 19s 4d for officers subsistence. Signed by Turnbull.
