Discussion on contents covering the report of the Judge Advocate respecting a further inquisition proposed into the murder of Captain Huddy, a representation of Lieutenant Runking relative to the treatment of the German prisoners at Reading, and a passport for a vessel to proceed from Philadelphia to New York with necessaries for their naval prisoners.
