Full Description:
Samuel Hake to Carleton. Duke Street, New York. Number 13. Not long since he addressed a memorial praying continuence of Clinton's benevolence. Being referred to General Robertson, has interviewed and written, and encloses a copy. Being now referred back to His Excellency, asks him to notice the address presented on his arrival, copies of which were transmitted to Lord North under whose patronage he acted. Prays a perusal of the Governor's report and to know how far he is to expect patronage to the prayer of his memorial.
