Full Description:
[Carleton] to Governor William Browne. New York. Has directed 500 stands of arms and 50,000 musket cartridges to be embarked on board the 'Bromley' transport for the use of the militia of Bermuda. Sends also the reinforcement to the battalion there. Commends to his attention Lieutenant Slack who is sent to examine into, and report on the state of Bermuda and to muster the troops, &c.
