[ ? ] to Philip J. Livingston Esquire, Superintendent of Derelict Property. Notes for filling out a warrant. The sum of £ [not given] sterling being his salary as superintendent aforesaid from 17 July to 31 December 1782 at £250 sterling. Also the sum of £7 6s 4¼d being a balance due him on settling the account of the said derelict property under his direction.
