Major of Brigade T. Moncrieffe to Carleton. Memorial. That your memorialist by various commissions from General Cornwallis, General Hopson and Lord Loudon, and sundry warrants from General Abercrombie, Lord Amherst, General Monckton and General Gage, between the years 1749 and 1772, sat more general courts martials in North America and the West Indies than all the Deputy-Judge-Advocates in those regions put together. Asking for compensation for losses.
