Full Description:
Lieutenant-General Alexander Leslie to Major Frederick MacKenzie. Has written to Colonel McArthur that the Adjutant-General will inform him of his allowance as commanding officer in East Florida. Has paid Governor Martin's Corps to 24 February 1783. Begs tht McAllister's memorial may be answered when an opportunity offers itself for East Florida. Major Wemyss will state the number of refugees and the provisions shipped for Florida and Jamaica.
