Full Description:
Mrs McNally to Carleton. Memorial. She is the widow of the late Lieutenant McNally of the Garrison Battalion and had been informed some time previously by General Robertson that at her departure from Europe she should receive £40 as a bounty to enable her to support herself and her family. Asks that Carleton considers her distressed situation and grants her relief by ordering this gratuity to be paid to her.
