Full Description:
Colonel Roger Morris. Notes to make out a warrant for Morris, Inspector of the Claims of Refugees the sum of £1,860 New York currency. Being to enable him to pay the sundry refugees certain sums to that amount for their immediate relief, agreeable to the recommendation of a board appointed to examine into whether their respective circumstances and claims. [Noted in Calendar to compare a similar paper 19 November 1782].
