Full Description:
Colonel Roger Morris. Notes for making out a warrant for Morris, Inspector of the Claims of Refugees for the sum of £266 4s sterling. To enable him to pay to the persons mentioned in the annexed account the sum set against their respective names, being a compensation in lieu of provisions, forage and fuel for the periods specified in the said accounts.
