Full Description:
St Augustine, East Florida. Memorial signed by sundry members of the Common House of Assembly and His Majesty's Council for the province of Georgia on behalf of themselves and other Loyalists. Setting out their lack of provisions in the new province of East Florida and praying that they be put on as favourable a footing as the refugees from South Carolina who are to have a full allowance of provisions for themselves and [their] 'negroes' for nine months.
