George Beckwith. Headquarters. Certificate. That Lieutenant-Colonel De Lancey, Adjutant-General requested him in January 1781 during the revolt of the Pennsylvania Line [by Continental troops over deplorable conditions], to commit to writing the intelligence given at that time by Lieutenant Okerson of the King's Rangers, which he did accordingly.
