Full Description:
Nicholas Jones to Carleton. Bloomingdale. Memorial. Representing his claim to certain rents and property, the leases of which are declared by the Mayor to be expired and forfeited but which leases the corporation had promised to renew and over which various complications have arisen. Also noted on the letter are remarks that Jones has got hold of funds he has no right to which belong to the poorhouse, and which he ought to repay. Signed by James [Robinson].
